Founded in 2020, the NTX Outlaws fast pitch softball organization was created by Mike Jones. He had started a recreational team back in 2017 and recognized the need for competitive opportunities in Grapevine and the broader DFW community.  With a strong vision, he is committed to fostering not only high-level competition but also a fun, safe, and family-oriented environment for all players and their families.

The NTX Outlaws is a small organization by design, but as we continue to grow, our top priority will always be the same: to develop young ladies both on and off the field. We focus on instilling the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence, ensuring that every player becomes not just a competitor, but a well-rounded individual. Our coaches are dedicated to going above and beyond, working diligently to cultivate strong fundamental skills and a lasting passion for the game.

Striving for success is ingrained in our philosophy, but not at the expense of individual and team development. Winning, for us, goes hand in hand with the growth and progress of each player. Being part of the NTX Outlaws means being part of a family on and off the field- one that works together, stands together, and succeeds together.
